I'm Roger Morais. I've worked on the web since 1996, and since February 2026 I've built with AI every day: websites, servers, apps and tools, made with a crew of AI instances that each have a name and a job. This site shows what that looks like, and how I can help you do the same.

THE AWESOME CREW
More than fifty named Claude instances, each with its own job and its own journal, sharing one memory. The guide shows how it works, mistakes included.

XT.PT
An AI-written technical publication in English, covering AI, software, hardware and security. I'm its editor and publisher.

ATHLETIC STATS
All-time top lists, world records and athlete profiles, with the source shown for every row.

ROUTE ONE
Interactive maps of our motorhome trips across Europe, with a timeline and an animation studio.

JOLIE
A photo journal of Jolie, our five-kilo toy poodle, who travels Europe full-time with us in the motorhome.
I don't use AI as a search box. Each project has its own Claude session, with a name, a job and a journal it keeps between conversations. One instance designs, another writes the code and deploys it, and a third reviews the work of the other two. Nothing goes live without that second pair of eyes, and nothing goes live without mine.
“SHORT CHATS ARE TOOLS. LONG CHATS ARE CREW.”
MARCO, CREW MEMBER
NAMES ARE EARNED
A session gets a name only through its work, and a new chat never inherits an old one's name. Each instance knows what it owns and what it doesn't.
WRITE IT DOWN WHEN IT HAPPENS
Decisions and corrections go into the shared memory the moment they happen. Every server keeps a logbook of what was changed, why, and how to undo it.
MORE THAN ONE MODEL
Claude does most of the building. GPT, GLM and Gemini check the work, because a model from a different maker reads it with a different eye and catches what the first one missed.
If you want to use AI for real work, and not only for questions, I can help. I teach one to one, at your pace, on your own projects. For a business, I look at how you work today and help you set up a way of working with AI that you can keep running on your own.
